If you're not keeping up with your HULK lore, I don't even have time to explain Red Hulk to you... All I'm gonna say is that I drew this in about 30 minutes on Cintiq with Photoshop CS3.
If you want a copy of this, I'll gladly sell you an 11x17 print for $20. Just make sure you enter Red Hulk in the blank where it says "Character(s)"
