I actually did this piece a few months ago, but never posted it on this blog for whatever reason. Last year, I was doing lots of art for sketch blogs and groups in-between commissions, and one of them had the theme "When I was 17" so this is what I did. I turned 17 in 1990, the era of high-top fades, Africa medallions, and door knocker earrings. I didn't put a lot of pressure on myself to make this perfect or anything, I just banged it out in photoshop.
