So I'm working to catch up on Cartoon Portrait commissions. This is my friend Mike and his pal Rusty Dog. They're cool peoples. Mike's mom commissioned this piece. His birthday was last month, but I wasn't able to get it to him until yesterday. He liked it anyways.
